Yes. You can cancel your annual membership at any time by calling (864) 446-8911. Refunds are prorated for unused months.

Is there an emergency dispatch fee?

Pay-Per-Visit customers are charged a $125 after-hours emergency dispatch fee. Preferred Members pay a reduced $49 fee. Total Care members have all after-hours dispatch fees waived.
